Bids/Request For Proposals (RFP)
Throughout the year the Bartlett Park District sends many different services/products out to bid ranging from apparel to paper supplies to printing to park construction. Bids will be posted on the web site and are available at the Thomas C. White Administration Building and/or Bartlett Community Center.
The park district produces seasonal program brochures that are circulated to 16,000 households each season and through the Park District, Library and Village. There are several ad sizes for the brochure. For more information about advertising call our Marketing Manager 630-540-4834. Ads are also available in our theatre and annual Nutcracker playbills.
Sponsorship opportunities within the Park District include a variety of special events as well as Bartlett Parks Foundation events. Sponsorships can be customized for your company to fit your financial contribution. For more information about Sponsorships call our Marketing Manager 630-540-4834.
Donations of all types, including gift certificates for services or goods, are accepted for a variety of events: Apple Blossom Run, Drive "Fore" the Playground, Twilight Golf Outing, and raffle prizes for our Annual Turbo Turtle Race and Wine and Beer Tasting events. Requests for Bartlett Park District Services
Requests from charitable organizations for daily admissions to the aquatic center, golf greens fees, Villa Olivia slope passes, and such for their fundraisers should be directed to our Executive Assistant. The request must be made on the organization letterhead and sent to 696 W. Stearns Road, Bartlett, IL 60103. Please note that the Bartlett Park District is not able to grant all requests.
