The Bartlett Park District has several shelters available for your picnics and other outdoor events. The Apple Orchard Shelter, James “Pate” Philip State Shelter and Humbracht Shelter are available for rent and require rental fees. The Jim Jensen Pavilion is not available for rent and is on a “first come, first served” basis. Rental requests for the months of January through May are accepted starting October 1st. Rental requests for the months of June through December are accepted starting February 1st.

There are a variety of athletic fields available for rent when they are not reserved for programs. To rent and reserve a field you must fill out a Field Rental Request Form. Permit fees are due once the request has been approved.
The Bartlett Park District works with local Community Sport Groups which are not-for-profit corporations or organizations dedicated to offering and promoting a sports program compatible with and supplementing the park district programs. To qualify at least 60% of the members/participants must be residents of the Bartlett Park District. To rent and reserve a field you must fill out a Field Rental Request Form. Permit fees and certificates of insurance are due once the request has been approved. Thor Guard Information
Located in Bartlett Park, the Gazebo was built in 1990 to commemorate Bartlett's centennial. It is the ideal location for small weddings, renewal of vow ceremonies, photo sessions, and other special events. The gazebo interior size is approximately 32 x 32 feet and available to all residents of Bartlett for a nominal permit fee. It must be reserved through the Park District office to avoid conflicts. Contact the park district registration office at (630) 540-4800. Power is available at this location.
