Community Center
The Bartlett Community Center is a 130,000 square foot facility housing everything from a banquet room, kitchen, aquatic center, health club, preschool, dance & fitness studios, meeting rooms and much more. It is centrally located at 700 S. Bartlett Road in Bartlett, IL behind the Bartlett Public Library. To reach the community center front desk call (630) 540-4800.
Banquet Room
The Oak Room Banquet Facility at Bartlett Community Center is the perfect location for your event! The Oak Room offers a variety of rental package options to suit your needs. The room can accommodate groups of up to 160 people, or it can be divided into smaller sections for more intimate events of up to 90 people. If you are renting the entire Oak Room, a stage is available for the purpose of a band, DJ or speakers. A warming kitchen is also available for banquet purposes. Bar packages are available for an additional cost. The Oak room accepts reservations requests 18 months in advance. Book early to get your preferred date!
Meeting Room
The Bartlett Community Center has various rooms that are perfect for meetings. BCC has four program rooms, the Arts and Crafts Room and the Oak Room. The Program Rooms can accommodate up to 40 people, the Arts and Crafts room can accommodate up to 60 people and the whole Oak Room can accommodate up to 250 people. Rent one section of the Oak Room for smaller groups. Rectangular tables and chairs can be provided if available at the time of the rental.
Party Rooms
Party Place is a great place for having your special party. Two party rooms are available within the Bartlett Community Center for special parties/events. Choose to just rent the room, or select one of our specially priced theme packages. Each Party Place room accommodates up to 20 people or rent both to accommodate up to 40 people. At Party Place, we do all the work and you have all the fun! (Due to the popularity of Party Place we suggest planning a minimum of 4-6 weeks before your event.) Gymnasium
The Bartlett Community Center has 3 large basketball courts in the gym that can be rented out for sports team practices or other private rentals. The courts can be separated or combined, depending on your group size. For private rentals, maximum court capacity (for one court) is 200 people. Rental rates are hourly per court.
