The Arts & Crafts Room at Bartlett Community Center offers a space that can accommodate up to 60 people. Host larger parties, meetings, etc. in this spot! The room also has a sink and counter space for your use. Tables and chairs can be provided in this room if available at the time of the rental.

Arts & Crafts Room FAQ

Q: Am I allowed to have food/non-alcoholic drinks in the Arts & Crafts Room?
A: Food is allowed in the Arts & Crafts Room, however there are no kitchen facilities available to heat the food or keep it cool. Food that is served in these rooms should be prepared ahead of time and ready-to-eat at the time of your rental.

Q: Is alcohol allowed in the Arts & Crafts Room?
A: NO. The Oak Room is the only facility in which alcohol is allowed.

Q: Are decorations allowed in the Arts & Crafts Room?
A: Yes, decorations are allowed, but tacking and taping to the walls of the rooms is not. We recommend decorations such as centerpieces, flowers, weighted balloons and votive candles.

Q: Do I need to cleanup the Arts & Crafts Room after my event/party?
A: YES. The room must be left clean upon your departure.
