Party Place is the hottest spot in town for having your special party! Two party rooms are available within the Community Center for special parties/events. Choose to just rent the room, or select one of our specially priced theme packages.

One of the Party Place rooms will accommodate a group of up to 20 people. If you rent both rooms, they will accommodate groups of up to 40 people.

At Party Place, we do all the work and you have all the fun! (Due to the popularity of Party Place we suggest planning a minimum of 4-6 weeks before your event.) For further details, call the Party Place Hotline at (630) 540-4858 and leave a message for the Party/Rental Coordinator.

Party Place FAQ
Q: How will I know if my Party Place request has been approved?
A: If there is a problem with the date(s) you have requested, you will be notified. If there is no problem with the date(s), a confirmation form will be mailed out to you within 3-4 business days.

Q: Am I allowed to arrive early to setup for my party?
A: You may arrive a maximum of 15 minutes early to begin your setup.

Q: How many tables and chairs are in the Party Place Rooms?
A: Each room has a total of 2 seating tables, 1 food table and 20 chairs.

Q: Are we allowed to bring food into Party Place?
A: Yes, you are allowed to bring in food; however, there are no warming facilities or refrigerators available for the food that you bring in.

Q: Can Bartlett Park District provide the food for our party?
A: Yes, for an additional charge, the park district will provide options such as pizza, cake and juice boxes.

Q: Does Bartlett Park District provide tableware for the food?
A: No, but white plates, napkins and forks can be purchased for an additional fee.

Q: Does Bartlett Park District provide tablecloths for the tables?
A: No, but teal, pink or blue tablecloths can be purchased for an additional fee.

Q: If I choose the Splash Central Pool Party package, do the adults that go in the pool area but not in the actual pool have to pay the pool entrance fee?
A: Yes, anyone that goes onto the pool deck will need to pay the pool entrance fee. Provided that you have enough adults in the pool supervising the children in your group, additional adults who do not wish to go on the pool deck may watch the swimmers from the observation room adjacent to the pool.

Q: Is alcohol allowed in the Party Place rooms?
A: No. The Oak Room is the only facility in which alcohol is allowed.

Q: Are decorations allowed in the Party Place rooms?
A: Yes, decorations are allowed, but tacking and taping to the walls of the rooms is not (with the exception of the permanent decorations already affixed to the walls by park district staff). We recommend decorations such as centerpieces, flowers, weighted balloons and votive candles.

Q: Is there a kitchen facility in the Party Place rooms?
A: No, there is only a small refrigerator in Party Place Room #1. Food that is served in these rooms should be prepared ahead of time and ready-to-eat at the time of your rental.

Q: Do I need to cleanup the Party Place rooms after my event/party?
A: Yes. The rooms must be left clean upon your departure.
