Spring Special Events: April and May

Spice up your holiday by searching for treasure filled eggs in the water! All ages may register for this special event and will be divided into age appropriate groups. This event is scheduled on Good Friday. Advanced registration is required.

Earth Day: April 2012Celebrate the wonders of the world around us with this event that will educate, entertain and amaze you. There will be educational exhibits, hands-on activities, animals of all kinds and a variety of entertaining talks. This event is free, no reservation required. Held at the Bartlett Nature Center, 2054 W. Stearns Rd. in the James "Pate" Philip State Park. For more information call 847-608-3100.

Apple Blossom 5K & 10K Run: May 2012Presented by the Bartlett Park District and Comcast. Register beginning March 2012 for this GREAT Bartlett tradition. Participants of any age may enter the 5K or 10K Run. All participants are required to sign a waiver. You must complete a specific Apple Blossom Run registration form. No other forms will be accepted. T-shirt and correct size guaranteed to all pre-registered runners. Race Day registration available from 6:30-7:30am. T-shirts available while supplies last. No size guaranteed on race day. Registration is also available at www.bartlettparks.org. Awards and raffle prizes presented after the race; you must be present to win raffle prizes. No pets allowed during the race. Comcast is a title sponsor for this event.
