School Curriculum

The Nature Center offers nature studies for grades K-12. These programs are designed to follow the specifications of the Illinois State Board Of Education and are geared to encouraging active participation of the students through hands-on activities and outdoor explorations.

If you don't see a program that suits your classroom, let us design a program that will fit your specific needs and classroom curriculum.

In-House field trips are offered through the Nature Center; Let us bring the trip to you and save on transportation costs and chaperone arrangements.

Assemblies
The Nature Center also hosts a variety of programs and assemblies off-site for schools, scout groups and individuals.
