Birthday Parties

Wanna Go Wild?

Does your child dream of dinosaurs?  Do you have a future scientist who enjoys science experiments?  Does your child love interacting with live animals?  Celebrate your child’s next birthday by going “Wild” at Bartlett Nature Center.  Choose from one of our specially designed themes or custom design your own theme.  All parties include a 2 hour room rental and a BNC instructor will lead the chosen activity (45-60 minutes) during that period.  The room will be set up with tables, tablecloths and chairs.  Parents are responsible for set-up and clean-up of additional decorations or activities.  Our birthday parties are popular and dates fill quickly, call to book your child’s party today.

For 20 children the cost is $180.00, $3.00 per child over 20.  The parties are 2 hours long, 1 hour program of your choice and 1 hour in the party room. You can choose from a variety of themes guaranteed to make memories for a life time.  Call the Nature Center to reserve your date, all programs are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rental Opportunities

Auditorium
This is a perfect place for meetings, trainings, and educational workshops. Our auditorium can comfortably seat 75 guests and is equipped with DVD, VHS and a 12’x12’ screen. You can connect your Power Point presentations to project onto the theater screen, or come and host a movie night for your group.

Grand Prairie Classroom

Perfect for business meetings, training, private parties, scout meetings and more, the Grand Prairie classroom can accommodate up to 50 guests.  Break out your large meeting into smaller groups by dividing the room in two with floor to ceiling retractable walls which can accommodate simultaneous or independent events.  For your convenience, the room features 2 dry erase boards, 8 ft and 6 ft tables, chairs and a TV with DVD/VCR/Power Point capability.

Shelter
A fantastic rental location! This shelter consists of a large pavilion, picnic tables, and two charcoal grills. There is a water spigot, electric outlets and indoor restrooms. You can enjoy our trails expanding over 4½ miles of natural prairie. A great place for family picnics, company picnics, group outings, just to name a few.
