Deadlines and Dates

The Winter Brochure has been delivered via the US Postal Service. If you did not receive your brochure, please advise your postal carrier or the postal department. Additional copies are available for pickup at the Community Center. Programs listed in the Winter Brochure are available to all up to the program limits.

On-Line: It is so convenient...To apply for your user name and password, select box,   "Not an On-Line Club Member....from the left-hand column.

In Person : The Registration Counter location and hours are listed at the top of this page.

Mail: The address is listed at the top of the page. Do not send cash.

Fax: Fax your Registration Form to: (630) 540-4869. Call immediately after verifying that you Fax was received in readable condition.

Drop Box: Is located inside the south entrance of the Bartlett Community Center and is available Monday-Friday, 5:30am-10pm, Saturday 7an-6pm and Sunday 8am-6pm.

Proof of residency is required initially and annually.  Whenever possible we use the Village of Bartlett water bill listing. If you do not pay a Bartlett water bill, annually you will be required to provide a current utility bill (sorry driver's license cannot be accepted).

On-Line Member Note...Grades of School Need Manual Updating. Contact us at (630)540-4800 and we will be glad to update the information.

Registration Information

We accept Cash, Personal Check, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.Full fees must be paid at the time of registration unless a schedule of Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) has been established. Checks should be made payable to the Bartlett Park District. There will be a $25 service charge for any check returned by the bank.

New! Registration Confirmations/Receipts are Emailed to all Random Draw, Fax-In, Mail-In, and Drop-Box registrations. After Random Draw Walk-In participants are handed their Confirmation/Receipt and On-Line users are able to view and print at their leisure.

Be sure to list your most current email address. If you do not receive a confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact the office prior to the start of all classes you have requested. No refunds or credit will be given for lack of notification.

Read your Receipt/Confirmation carefully as details may have changed since the publishing of the brochure.

Cancellation & Transfer Requests of Programs, Activities, Special Events and Trips:Mark your Calendars! No refunds or credit can be given for classes missed, forgotten or changes in personal schedules. Cancellation and transfer requests can be considered when received in writing by the Registration Office seven or more working days prior to the start of the programming session. A mandatory $6 cancellation fee is assessed per program, per person. Additional costs such as trophies, T-shirts and costumes will be assessed as applies.

Youth Sport League Cancellation Requests: Cancellations received in writing after the registration deadline can be considered after a replacement is found and registered. Should a replacement register, a $6 administrative fee s charged per program per person and prorated if the season has begun. No refund is given for for the cost of T-shirts, uniforms or trophies.

In-District Resident/Out-of District:  In-District Residents are those who support the Bartlett Park District through their property taxes. Residents have first priority to programming and pay the resident discounted fees. Out-of-District residents pay fees up to one and one-half times the resident fees. Call (630) 540-4865 if you have a residency question.

Parents and Guardians: Only parents and legal guardian can register a minor and sign the Waiver of Claims. When an adult is registered by another person, prior to the start of the activity, proof of residency must be provided and the Waiver of Claims must be signed by the participant.

Household Members Consist of: Parents and their unmarried children 24 years and under residing at the same address. Proof of family members or residency is required annually and may be requested at any time.

Waiver and Release Forms: There is an inherent risk in participating in some recreational activities. In order to continue offering a variety of quality Park District programs, our insurance carrier requires that a waiver and release form be signed prior to participation. If a participant is under18 years of age, a parent or guardian must sign. A valid signature is required at the time of registration.

Insurance: Bartlett Park District does not carry medical, accident, or loss of personal property insurance. Review your personal policies to be certain that you and your family are fully covered.

What is a Random Draw? All in-district registrations received prior to the Random Draw deadline are processed in an electronic random draw. Confirmations are prepared and sent via emailed within 4 business days. Registrations received after the deadline are entered into the system in the order received.

Out of District registrations are accepted at any time, date stamped and entered in the order received once the Resident Random Draw is processed.

Paid Wait List: When all choices are filled, the participate will be placed on the Paid Wait List for the first choice listed. Please indicate clearly on your registration form if you do not wish to be placed on the Paid Wait List. Those on the Paid Wait List receive first priority as space becomes available. If not placed in an activity a refund is automatically issued after its second meeting.

Special Accommodations/A.D.A.  We ask individuals with special need for inclusion into program to notify us of their needs at least two weeks in advance. This will allow us time to make sure that proper staffing, equipment, and facilities are in place for a successful and safe program. By informing us early, you are helping us to work toward a smooth inclusion for everyone's benefit. Email address: registration@bartlettparks.org

Resident Financial Aid: The Bartlett Park District understands that families and individuals due to circumstances beyond their control can experience severe financial problems.  For this reason the Resident Financial Aid Program was created enabling resident to participate in recreational programs at a reduced fee.  To apply: Complete and submit a Financial Aid Application along with copies of the required documents. Printable Application is at the bottom of the page.
