Throughout the year the Bartlett Park District sends many different services/products out to bid ranging from apparel to paper supplies to printing to park construction. Bids will be posted on the web site and are available at the Thomas C. White Administration Building and Bartlett Community Center.

Are you looking for a great way to showcase your business? The Bartlett Park District offers a variety of ways to promote your business through advertising. Throughout the year the Park District produces seasonal program brochures that are circulated to 15,000 households each season and 2,500 through the Park District, Library and Village. The shelf life of the brochure is longer than a newspaper. Because the information within the brochure includes several months’ worth of information, people hold it for future reference. This increases the advertising exposure for your business without additional cost. Interior brochure ads are produced in two colors on a 60# offset stock. The cover is printed using four colors on an 80# gloss text stock. The two-color interior ads are approximately the size of a business card. Donations of all types, including gift certificates for services or goods, are accepted for a variety of events: Apple Blossom Run, Twilight Golf Outing, Leisure Club Meeting prizes and such. For more information about Donations call our Marketing Manager 630-540-4834.
Sponsorship opportunities within the Park District include: Apple Blossom Run, Trips, Summer Concert Series, Leisure Club Meetings (educational, entertainment, and newsletters), Sports Teams, Playgrounds/Parks, Community Theatre, Arctic Open, Twilight Golf Outing, Youth Theatre Troupe, and Special Events. Sponsorships are also sought for Bartlett Parks Foundation events. Sponsorships can be customized for your company and a wide range of financial contributions. The park district offers a variety of opportunities to celebrate, commemorate or recognize a special occasion, person or event with our Park A Memory Program. Within this program you may sponsor, through a financial donation, a bench or tree within a specific park. An inscribed plaque will be placed on the bench or by the tree with your personally selected wording.
