Softball provides girls of all ages the chance to meet new friends, improve motor skills, and have fun. Teams are named after top college, minor league, and professional teams to get them involved in the softball community. Each player will receive a sleeveless professional jersey, matching socks, and a visor.

The softball program is designed to appeal to a wide range of softball abilities, from introducing the game to novices with no prior experience, to challenging more experienced players. During the summer, over 350 girls will be taking the field to have a safe and enjoyable season. All games (excluding Pixies) are officiated by umpires who have experience playing and officiating softball.

The only players guaranteed to be on a team are the children of the “official” head and assistant coach or players returning to Pixies or Division 1. Girls in Pixies or Division 1 may choose to return to the same team as last year, or be randomly assigned to a new team needing additional players. All other divisions are assigned during the evaluation process in early April. Due to the size and nature of the program, we do not accept carpool or friendship requests nor can we guarantee coach requests.

Our program requires the talent and effort of a large team of willing volunteers. We are always recruiting head coaches and assistant coaches, so be sure to check the box on the registration form or complete the volunteer application form if you'd like to help. We provide all the necessary training, resources and equipment to ensure you are prepared to coach and have a fun and rewarding experience.

Team Sports Refund Policy Refunds requested after the registration deadline will be issued only if a replacement is found and registered. A $6 administrative fee is charged per person. The uniform portion of the registration fee is not guaranteed to be refunded.
